Linda, It has been so many years. I still remember your mother when we were at St. Francis together and she, at times, would be a substitute teacher when one of the nuns were absent. My prayers are with your mother, may she rest in peace and to you and your family my deep condolences

Janet Uvino left a message on September 15, 2016:
Many years ago, when Linda and I first met, we knew our parents would hit it off, as Linda met mine, and I met Millie and Sal. Sure enough, they became life-long close friends. Millie and Sal became family to us. Loving, kind, caring people. At last, Millie has joined Sal and other very close family members in Paradise, where all is perfect and there's no sickness or suffering. Now Millie is a beautiful angel and is finally free of earth's hardships. I know Linda will feel her presence throughout life and will know it's her. Millie will watch over everyone in her family. Our sincere condolences to the entire family, Janet and Carmine
Nina Peri left a message on September 15, 2016:
I have so many wonderful memories of Mom. The first time Joe brought me home to meet the family I was overwhelmed with the love and acceptance immediately. Mom made a feast but what stood out was her homemade manicotti--I knew I was fully accepted when I ate a second helping and she burst into a smile from ear to ear. When we got engaged and visited to show off the ring, her first comment was "Didn't you want something bigger?". That made me feel so special ... That her son should go into debt for me ;). When I was expecting the first time, I craved eggplant and Mom never visited without having a tray ready for me! When I mentioned my Dad loved her ratatouille, she always made sure there was some at the ready if we were going to see him. Then of course, there was the births of the granddaughters and the level of happiness exhibited in Mom and Dad's faces was enough to melt my heart. I was so happy to have been able to bring that much happiness to two people who loved me like a daughter always. Mom was by my side...from picking out my wedding gown to supporting and complementing our parenting to consoling me through the illnesses and deaths of my own parents and grandmother. I could go on and on but I won't. Suffice it to say, Millie Peri will forever be Mom to me and I thank Linda Peri Sangirardi and Joe Peri for selflessly sharing her with me all these years.
