I never met Eric in person but he seemed to be a caring and kind person from what I knew of him. While he battled his own fight with cancer he was willing to send his personal contact information to my husband through his wife, Anna to help my husband deal with the diagnosis of cancer. I give my love to his wife Anna and pray for her and the boys. I pray that peace of God rest in them at this time of bereavement. God bless this entire family.

I had the pleasure of knowing Sal over the pass year sadly through the connection of EC. He was a very powerful man with such a zest for life. I never heard him once complain of this cancer but rather always stated he would overcome it. He so love his family and always talked about them to me. He was such a gently giant and loving soul, never swaying from his God . I will so miss our conversations and I know Carl was at the Gates of Heaven greeting .. I would like to end by stating Sal did not loose his batter to cancer, he simply graduated before the rest of us. God Bless you..

May Eric rest in peace. My condolences to all of his family and friends. Though we never met personally we shared something in common. He was a good friend and I will miss our online chats. He was brave and a fighter. His world was Anna, the boys and family. I know if he is looking down on us he will only want us all to be happy in our lives. That is all he ever wanted and enjoyed what he had. Eric is a man who left way to early and that is what is so unfair. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this very difficult time...

Eric and I had many conversations during his treatments. He knew I was a survivor.... now 23 years since my bone marrow transplant. He was determined to fight tooth and nail for every day he was given. It was a very rough road during treatment but he still kept a great sense of humor and I know he watches all of us from above.
