It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Giovanni Talianozzi who passed away on May 25, 2023 leaving to mourn family and friends.
Giovanni was born on July 28, 1929 in his hometown of San Donato Val di Comino, Province of Frosinone, Italy. The only son of Pasquale and Maria (Quintiliani) Talianozzi. He had four sisters he preceded in death, Giovanna Talianozzi, Loreta (Sbaraglia), Gina (Salvucci), and Donata Talianozzi.
He was married in 1958 and shared 64 years with his wife Eva Nicoletta (Damiano) Talianozzi.
In addition to his wife Eva he is survived by his two children: daughter Anna Maria Rosenberg and son-in-law Bradley and son John Talianozzi; two grandchildren Matthew and Luca Rosenberg.
He was a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, District Council of New York City Local Union 2790. He worked as a Carpenter and Cabinet Maker. He had a strong passion of all things made of wood.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting to those who so desire may make a memorial donation in memory of Giovanni to the American Cancer Society.
