I met John years ago while walking my dog in Astoria park. Usually later in the evening I would see him in the park and we would talk for a while or just say hello to each other. It was interesting to exchange our views on different topics, even in brief conversations, on real estate or current affairs. I will forever miss seeing him walking briskly with his dog following closely in the park. I extend my sincere condolences to his wife and family for their loss. RIP John.
